Summer jobs 2024
- We offer summer jobs for three young people (June–August).
- Duties include various yard maintenance, such as mowing the lawn, tending bushes, planting, and sowing. In addition, small renovation works are possible.
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:30 (8 hours per day).
- We value brisk attitude, motivation, initiative, and reliability.
- Work experience is not required, but attitude is very important.
- We offer good job guidance and the opportunity to learn new skills.
- Salary is in accordance with the industry collective agreement (TES).
- The possibility to start in the spring with an internship that can lead to a summer job.
Internships 2024
- We offer 1–2 internships each year in connection with the real estate maintenance competence-based qualifications.
- Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti is a versatile learning environment where you have access to modern equipment and machines as well as building automation systems.
- You get to learn and work in real estate maintenance tasks in a real environment.
- After the internship, there is an opportunity to continue with summer work.
