Rewarding of the tenants

Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti has begun rewarding long-standing customer relationships from autumn of 2012. We want to reward long-standing customers and tenants who has lived long in the same apartment.

• 5 – 10 years in the same apartment, we will reward the tenant for renovation benefit (laminate floor, kitchen cabinets etc.) or household appliance (dishwasher, stove etc. fixed household appliance).
• After 10 years customer relationship you have chance to have your collateral returned and for senior customers we will offer free door openings at the daytime.
