Checking of the prices will be done during rental price checking every year.
Billing prices per hour:
Cleaning 39,00 € / h
Dirty work allowance 27,00 € / time
Maintenance man work, day 43,00 € / h
Maintenance man work, evening 53,00 € / h
The apartment final cleaning (cleaning was not perfect) is going to be charged by fulfilled cleaning hours.
The apartment’s repair costs (not normal wearing) will be invoiced according to the construction company and suppliers’ invoices + Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti’s work.
Glass replacements/repairs will be invoiced according to the company of the business invoice + Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti’s work hours and office expenses.
Vehicle transfers (removed from the vehicle register or from the use, wrong parking) will be invoiced according to the company of the business invoice + Kiinteistö Oy Kummatti’s work hours and office expenses.
Renovation expenses caused by smoking, will be charged by the invoice.
The tenant, moving out have to be able to clean the apartment again, if the contract period remains. The price of an additional home inspection is 60 €.
Door opening:

Keys and locking:
The lock re-serialization costs will be charged according to the invoice of the lock company + office expenses.
