Instructions for submitting an online apartment application

• Fill out the apartment application. Submit your application by signing the form. To sign, you need online banking IDs or a mobile certificate.
• The processing time for housing applications is about a week. We are in touch with you.
• Applicants’ credit information will be checked.
• The apartment application can be submitted without appendices. Before signing the rental agreement, the application must be accompanied by tax certificate, certificate of income/pension, student card (from students) and other possible certificates (e.g. pregnancy certificate, residence permit). The appendices can be submitted with the online apartment application, by mail or brought to our office.
• The application is valid for three months.
• You can also print the form, fill it out and send it to us or bring with you. Open the printable form.
